The 19th International Conference on II-VI Compounds and Related Materials

Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to invite you to The 19th International Conference on II-VI Compounds and Related Materials, which will be held in Zhengzhou, China by Zhengzhou University and Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, from Oct. 27- 31, 2019. This conference continues a successful series of biennial conferences started in Durham (UK) in 1983. Recent conferences were held in Niagara Falls, USA, 2003; Warsaw, Poland, 2005; Jeju, Korea, 2007, Saint Petersburg, Russia, 2009, Mayan, Mexico, 2011, Nagahama, Japan, 2013, Paris, France, 2015, and San Juan Puerto Rico, 2017. This conference will provide an international forum for scientists, students and industry representatives, for reporting new developments in basic and applied research on II-VI and related compounds such as oxides, 2D chalcopyrite semiconductors; covering novel synthesis techniques, new physical properties and innovative device development. TOPICS
The topics of the conference include the growth, characterization, structure, physics and devices of II-VI compounds. The evolution of related materials such as oxides and 2D chalcopyrite semiconductors are also included as topics.

Abstract submission deadline: July 1, 2019
Acceptance notification: July 15, 2019
Early bird registration: Oct. 07, 2019
On-site registration: Oct. 27, 2019
Proceedings of the II-VI 2019 will be published as peer-reviewed papers in Journal of Electronic Materials, a SCI-index journal with impact factor of 1.566.
