Intelligent sewer cleaning device



Municipal garbage is piled up freely and sewage from sewers is flooding the golden mountains. Now sewage discharge from urban sewers has become a problem that can not be underestimated. In response to this phenomenon, Zhang Dong, a student of our college, and his team have designed an intelligent, portable and efficient cleaning device - Intelligent sewer cleaning device.

Today, sewage disposal in cities has become a problem that can not be underestimated. In view of this phenomenon, Zhang Dong, a student of our college, and his team have designed an intelligent, portable and efficient cleaning device - Intelligent sewer cleaning device.

 

Pumping out the sewage and blocking the upstream, the device uses ultrasonic sensors and cameras to detect conditions in the pipe and feed them back to the controller. According to the collected data, the position of the manipulator and the worktable is adjusted intelligently to adapt to the condition of the pipe. According to the observation of the camera, the position of the manipulator and the workbench is adjusted artificially, and the sludge layer is cut layer by layer. At the same time, the sludge layer is flushed by the lower water gun to make the sludge flow downstream. In case of incomplete cleaning or other accidents, the device can be adjusted in time to achieve the best cleaning state.

Intelligent sewer cleaning device uses tracked trolley as the chassis, ultrasonic sensors and cameras to detect the working conditions in the pipe, automatically adjusts the position of manipulator and worktable according to the working conditions in the pipe, adopts rotating manipulator arm, rotates and loosens garbage along the pipe wall, water gun cooperates with flushing the pipe wall, pushes the garbage out of the pipe and cleans thoroughly.

Zhang Dong said that he found that the school sewer blockage is very serious, rainy day drainage is not smooth, Internet access to some information, found that most of the city drainage throughout the country, so decided to invent a sewer cleaning device.

It is understood that the traditional manual sewer cleaning, heavy workload, harsh environment, and inefficient, poor effect; and the modern combined cleaning vehicle cleaning, for large-scale pipeline cleaning efficiency, good effect, but for a wider distribution, easier to plug the small pipeline, there is not enough flexible cleaning methods, too much cost. High disadvantages. And Zhang Dong said their device would greatly improve these shortcomings.

"Intelligent sewer cleaning device is compact in size and can be deep in the small diameter of 300 mm to 800 mm sewer for cleaning; secondly, the device adopts close cleaning to reduce power consumption, make up for the high cost of large-scale combined cleaner shortcomings, and easy to operate, can be regularly checked and cleaned up sewers, maintain the next. The smooth flow of the waterway enhances the sewage discharge capacity of the sewer. " This is also the design that Zhang Dong and his team are satisfied with. The device won the first prize in the 7th China University Students ICAN Internet of Things Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2013.
