【摘要】Currently, immunochemotherapy based on tumorassociated macrophages (TAMs) is mainly used for elimination ofM2 macrophages. However, these methods cannot make full use ofthe positive immune-modulatory effects of macrophages. This studyexplores a two-way cruise strategy for combining immunotherapybased on TAM phenotype reversal with classical chemotherapy, thenanosatellites (DOX@HFn-PGZL@Res) are proposed to accuratelydeliver the chemotherapeutic agents and immune activators to theirrespective target cells. When the delivery system is recruited to tumormicroenvironment, the nanosatellites are separated into DOX@HFnand Res@GZL nanoparticles, which can enter cancer cells and M2-TAMs, respectively. The data show thatDOX@HFn-PGZL@Ressuccessfully re-educate M2 to M1 macrophages, resulting in anactivated immune response and inhibition of tumor invasion andmetastasis. In general, this work describes a two-way homing nanoplatform for the integration of immunotherapy andchemotherapy, which provides a new idea for the “attack-defense” integrated treatment of tumor.
