Zhengzhou University Students' trip to Hangzhou workshop

PART 1

The ten-day trip of Hangzhou Workshop, the industrial design students at Zhengzhou University, have benefited a lot although the time is transient.

This trip to Hangzhou will become a flash of light in everyone's life ---- for all of us ,the [TENGYING Design] , Mr. Zhang Chen, Mr. Wang Shuanghua, and eight students of Zhengzhou University`s Industrial Design Faculty will also be an unforgettable memory in the future.

Visiting the places related to design broaden their academic visions.

The beginning of the trip must be to visit several representative design clusters in Hangzhou, on the one hand, to broaden the visions of the students, on the other hand, to let students understand the development of industrial design in Hangzhou.

1. 1、JINGWEI Creative Industrial Park

1.In the dreaming town，students have visited four design companies :[SHANJIA Furniture],[JUNYUAN Design],[SHANDI Technology]and[OUTU Design] to see the role that industrial design plays in various fields .

2、LIANGZHU Dreaming Town

Wandering in the broad and quiet streets of the dreaming town, feeling the strong design culture atmosphere.

3、Zhejiang University and Alibaba

The Department of Industrial Design ,Zhejiang University ,emphasizes the integrated and innovative concept of "industrial design plus embedded system and mechanical and electrical integration .”The same discipline in the different environment will leads to different strategies and development.

Founded at the end of 1998 ,Alibaba is headquartered in Hangzhou and overseas to set up branches such as Silicon Valley ,United States ,and London .It is also a famous brand of B2B e-commerce in the world and the largest online trade market in the world at present.

During the trip ,students have watched the design productions to broaden the visions, felt the strong design culture atmosphere ,but what`s more ,they are involved in the design program in the workshop .

PART 2

Get inspiration in the short-period design program .

The Short-period in The Workshop have the theme of the original brand [Shen Xiaoda] with a cute sheep as it`s logo .

Eight students formed 4 teams up for the competition and stimulate inspiration in a short time ,give full play to their own advantages ,and improve their design skills .Teacher and mature designer will give them multi-faceted guidance in every afternoon meeting discussion ,plus the hard work of the students ,the work has finished perfectly . At last, Congratulations for completing the work successfully !
