The College held the topic selection demonstration meeting of the 4th Zhengzhou University "Chuang Qing Chun" College Students Entrepreneurship Competition

In order to cultivate students' scientific and technological innovation and practical ability, fully mobilize and stimulate students' enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, to create a good atmosphere conductive to the healthy growth of young college students’ scientific and technological innovation. The college of mechanical and power engineering selected topic discussion meeting of the fourth session of Zhengzhou university "Innovation Youth" college students entrepreneurship competition hosted on the fifth floor of college of mechanical and power engineering  academic lecture hall on October 25, 3 PM. The referees teachers included Mr.Zhang Hongxuan, the deputy secretary of the party committee of materials science and engineering college; Mr. Pei Dongjie, the department minister of innovation practice of Zhengzhou university’s Youth League Committee; Mr.Cui Chao, the college of mechanical and power engineering counselor of 17 grade. The teacher who presided the discussion meeting was the college of mechanical and power engineering ’s youth corps committee secretary Ms.Ren Yi.

The discussion meeting was divided into two parts: teacher Dongjie explained and Shared the purpose and experience about the "Innovation youth" entrepreneurship competition for college students, the team's representatives presented the projects, and the referees commented and Suggested changes. More than 30 participating teams presented their entrepreneurial project background, project ideas and project planning to the referees, the referees also pointed out their problems and put forward reasonable suggestions according to the project description of each group. After more than three hours of topic selection and full discussion, three referees recommended some relatively mature projects into the next game, both affirmation of the novel design concept and the entrepreneurial vigor and enthusiasm for innovation of the students, they also put forward that there are still a lot of room to improve on the road of entrepreneurship practice for students, needs to continue to work hard and keep improving.

The "Innovation youth" is the reform and promotion of the "challenge cup" Chinese college students' entrepreneurship plan competition. The contest aim to cultivate creative consciousness, creative thinking enlightenment, enhance creative ability and bring up entrepreneurial talents, designed to guide and encourage college students to carry forward the spirit of the age, hold the pulse of times, the knowledge in closely integrated with economic and social development, cultivate and improve the consciousness and ability of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship, to promote university students' employment, entrepreneurship practice activities vigorously, discover and cultivate a batch of excellent talents with innovative thinking and business potential.
