1.个人经历:朱志立,男,1974 8 月出生,河南扶沟县人。2003 年郑州大学凝聚态物理专业硕士研究生毕业,现为郑州大学物理工程学院副教授。

2.研究方向:

主要从事低维纳米材料的设计及性能调控的研究工作,目前研究内容包括:(1)新型二维材料的结构、生长机理;(2)二维纳米孔材料的新奇物性及应用。

3.代表性成果:

先后主持完成河南省自然科学基金1项,河南省基础与前沿技术研究计划1项,河南省高等学校重点科研项目1项。以第一或通讯作者在Phys. Rev. Lett.NanoscaleAppl. Phys. Lett. 等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。首次预言了VIA族元素Te形成的单层二维材料碲烯,相关成果发表在物理学顶级期刊《物理评论快报》上(Physical Review Letters, 119, 106101, 2017),填补了VIA族单元素二维材料的空白。该成果引起国内外研究组的广泛关注,在 Nature》期刊 “News & Views” 专栏作为亮点报道。文章入选ESI高被引论文(Highly Cited Papers)
