于洋，男，1989年生，博士，硕士生导师，国家超级计算郑州中心特聘研究员，IEEE/ACM 会士。德国杜伊斯堡埃森大学理学硕士，杜伊斯堡埃森大学理学博士（全奖）。近年来主持或参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、河南省科技攻关项目、欧盟Evonik Digital Research: Privacy Mechanisms等项目。在CCF权威推荐期刊（会议）和其它重要学术期刊上发表论文数十篇，申请专利多项。

研究兴趣包括人工智能，普适计算，多模态感知，隐私与信息安全，非视域感知，物联网、车联网，嵌入式系统，雷达信号处理等。主要讲授本科生《软件测试技术》，研究生《工业视觉》等课程。
