    博士,教授,博士生导师。国家优青,河南省杰青获得者,河南省高校创新团队负责人,中原青年拔尖人才,河南省高层次人才,河南省高校科技创新人才,郑州大学青年骨干教师、五四青年奖章获得者。现担任河南省生物工程研究中心副主任,兼任中国颗粒学会青年理事,中国抗癌协会纳米抗肿瘤专委会委员,河南省药学会常务理事、国际肿瘤诊疗知名期刊VIEW、中国科技期刊卓越行动计划梯队期刊Chinese Chemical Letters、药学学报青年编委会委员等。主要研究方向为生物质载体构筑及疾病治疗应用研究,主持国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金、面上项目等4项,河南省杰出青年基金、中原青年拔尖人才、河南省高校创新团队等科研课题等12项,共计主持科研项目16项,累计经费近千万元。以第一作者或通讯作者在Sci. Adv. Adv. Mater. Adv. Funct. Mater.J. Extracell. VesiclesAdv. Sci.ACS Nano等高质量期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,授权国家发明专利10
