报告摘要:
Large-scale brain MRI datasets recently become available, e.g., developing Human Connectome Projects, Baby Connectome Project, Human Connectome Project and National Database for Autism Research. These multi-site datasets afford unprecedented opportunities for precise charting the brain change trajectories, providing important insights into the origins and aberrant evolving patterns of neurodevelopmental diseases. This talk will introduce a comprehensive set of advanced infant-dedicated analysis tools for infant brain MRIs. The topics will cover harmonization, tissue segmentation, motion correction, and super resolution.

王利,美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校(UNC-Chapel Hill)副教授,Developing Brain Computing实验室主任。2010.06博士毕业于南京理工大学计算机科学与技术学院;2010- 2015,UNC-Chapel Hill博士后;2015-2016任UNC-Chapel Hill讲师; 2016至今任UNC-Chapel Hill副教授。主要研究婴幼儿脑分割,早期脑发育,自闭症早期诊断等,在Nature Protocols、Nature Methods等重要学术刊物以及国际会议上发表学术论文200余篇,其中4篇入选Elsevier高被引论文,其谷歌学术引用10,000余次,h指数49。近期,在NIH Career Award (K01)和NIH R01项目的资助下,研发并公开了一套先进的婴幼儿脑核磁成像专用分析平台(http://www.ibeat.cloud)。截至目前,已经成功处理了16,000多个不同协议/扫描仪下的婴幼儿脑图像并且获得了130多家机构的好评与积极反馈。
