一、个人基本情况:
2016年博士毕业于北京科技大学新金属材料国家重点实验室,材料物理专业。2016年到2018年在中科院北京纳米能源与系统研究所从事博士后研究。2018年12月加入郑州大学物理学院(微电子学院)。
二、研究方向:
1. 基于新型二维半导体材料的微纳电子/光电器件构筑与系统集成
2. 低维压电半导体材料的可控设计及异质结界面调控研究
三、科研成果:
先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,中国博士后科学基金项目,河南省科技攻关等科研项目。在Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Research等期刊上发表SCI学术论文50余篇,引用2000余次,h因子26,参与撰写中文专著1部,英文专著1部。
