On August 15, ZZU held the 2020 Affiliated Hospital “100 Outstanding Doctors” commendation meeting to celebrate the third Chinese Doctors’ Day. The attendees were Party Secretary and Director of Henan Provincial Health Commission, Kan Quancheng, Party Secretary of ZZU Song Zhenghui, Deputy Party Secretary of ZZU and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the School of Medicine Gu Zhenqing, Vice President and Dean of the School of Medicine Dong Zigang, Deputy Dean of the School of Medicine, Dean of First Affiliated Hospital Liu Zhangsuo, Dean Shao Fengmin of ZZU People’s Hospital. And the chiefs from the Provincial Health Commission Office, ZZU Party Office, School Office and other functional departments, medical school affiliates, affiliated hospitals, and outstanding doctor representatives also attended the commendation meeting.

Participating leaders awarded honorary certificates to representatives of the “100 Outstanding Doctors”. 3 representatives of the outstanding doctors, including Liu Xianzhi of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhou Zheng of the Second Affiliated Hospital, and Zhang Xiaoju of the People’s Hospital, gave speeches respectively.
