Our group has focused on the structure and properties of polymer and its nanocomposites, the modification of
biodegradable aliphatic polyesters, smart hydrogels, biomedical natural polymers, smart packaging materials, and
smart polymer composites.
At present, our team has 8 teachers (Prof. Chengshen Zhu, Prof. Suqin He, Prof. Wentao Liu, Prof. Mingjun Niu,
Associate Prof. Hao Liu, Associate Prof. Miaoming Huang, Dr. Wanlin Xu and Dr. Ruixia Duan). While maintaining
and developing our own characteristics, we cooperate closely with experts in different fields at home and abroad.
In addition to scientific research, we are actively involved in collaborations with companies to make positive
contributions to social development.
