● 研究兴趣、领域:
主要从事作物天然活性物质(类黄酮等)的代谢生物学与分子调控机理研究,致力于通过代谢工程和基因编辑的方法培育功能性营养物质强化的作物种质。以第一/通讯作者在Journal of Experimental Botany, Horticulture Research, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules和J AGR FOOD CHEM等国际著名学术期刊发表研究论文近20篇。获得省部级自然科学二等奖1项和4项国家发明专利授权。担任The Crop Journal, J AGR FOOD CHEM和Horticulture Research等著名期刊审稿人,主持多项国家自然科学基金与省部级科研项目。热忱欢迎生物化学与分子生物学、植物学、食品化学、药学、微生物学和分析化学等相关专业并热爱天然产物生物合成与基因编辑研究方向的本科生报考研究生,也欢迎做事认真、责任心强,热爱科学研究并具有较强英文专业文献阅读与写作能力的优秀本科生进入实验室实习工作。
主要研究内容:
1. 类黄酮酰基化与糖基化修饰影响作物果实着色的生化与分子机理;
2. 木质素/果胶生物合成与真菌(灰霉菌)抗性形成的分子机制;
3. 茄科作物果实风味等品质性状形成的代谢机理与基因编辑育种;
