主要从事作物养分高效利用的途径与机制、土壤微生物与农田生态系统功能反馈、农业生态学中Meta分析的应用等方面的研究。

承担研究生《根际微生物生态学》、《作物生态学》课程。
● 科研成果
先后主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目、国家资助博士后研究人员计划、重点实验室开放基金、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目,入选河南省“青年人才托举工程”与河南省“科技副总”。近年来,以第一/通讯作者在Environmental Science & Technology、CATENA、Soil & Tillage Research、European Journal of Agronomy等国际刊物发表SCI论文15篇,中科院一区TOP期刊11篇,H指数20。担任应用生态学报、New Crops期刊青年编委,Frontiers in Microbiology期刊客座编辑。
