本单位应用效果 我院依托临床医学研究生课程建设及评价机制改革成果,近年来学院在研究生培养质量、学科内涵建设及体系效能优化方面取得了显著互促的积极成效。 在研究生培养层面,改革以岗位胜任力为核心,通过构建国家级在线课程群、推广MDT引导下CTU联合TBL教学及情景模拟等创新模式,显著提升了专硕的临床思维与实践能力,有力保障了学位论文盲审通过率的稳步提高;近4年学院研究生参加本领域重要国内外会议报告100次,研究生发表学术论文数量逐年提升,在Science、Nature Medicine等顶尖期刊发表论文63篇,并在全国临床技能与教学阅片竞赛中斩获国家级奖项,实现了“价值塑造、能力培养、知识创新”的深度融合。 在体系优化层面,改革有效贯通了“本—硕—博—博士后”全链条培养格局,通过校企产教融合基地建设及“党建+专业”思政融合模式,解决了既往培养中科研训练与临床轮转衔接不畅、学术与专业学位同质化不足等结构性问题,构建起了一套覆盖“课程重构—实践强化—质量监控—导学共进”全环节、运行高效的卓越医学人才培养新生态。 近年来,学院研究生在省级及以上竞赛、论文评优及执业资格考核等方面均取得了突出成效:第一临床医学院学生团队在中国国际大学生创新大赛(2025)全国总决赛中斩获金奖3项、银奖1项,实现了学院在该赛事中的新突破;省级优秀毕业生和学位论文数量实现增长,2025年学院共评选出省级优秀应届毕业研究生17人、校级优秀应届毕业研究生73人;2023-2024学年,学院荣获郑州大学“研究生学生工作先进单位”和“就业创业工作先进单位”两项荣誉称号;在执业医师考试与规培结业考核方面,学院临床医学专硕执业医师资格证考试和住院医师规范化培训结业考试通过率明显提升,执业医师首考通过率逐年提升,部分专业达100%。近4年学院研究生参加本领域重要国内外会议报告100次,研究生发表学术论文数量逐年提升,在Science、Nature Medicine等顶尖期刊发表论文63篇,在国家级竞赛斩获奖项9个,培养科协青年托举人才5名。中国医学院校/医院科技量值(STEM)科技量值排名中,我院位列全国第15位,较前提升7位;2023年度复旦大学医院排行榜中我院位列全国第一方阵(A++++),急诊、生殖等5个专业位列全国前十。学位授权点与导师队伍规模持续壮大,高层次导师动态考核与培训机制全面完善,学科核心竞争力与国内影响力进一步增强。成果推动了我院学科实力提升,提供了临床医学研究生教学改革新范式。
