杨蓓，女，博士，教授，研究生导师。2009年毕业于北京交通大学，获工学博士学位，2013-2015年受国家留学基金委派遣到美国University of Southern Mississippi做visiting scholar和research scientist，合作参与美国自然科学基金重大专项项目（Biological Network Modeling and Analysis, subcontract of the "Modeling and Simulation of Complex Systems"）的研究。在国内外重要期刊《Expert Systems with Applications》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Knowledge and Information Systems》、《BMC Bioinformatics》、《BMC Systems Biology》、《计算机研究与发展》等和国际学术会议发表论文30余篇，主持和参与多项国家/省部级课题的研究与开发项目。
研究领域为人工智能、机器学习、医学图像分析、生物/医学信息分析与处理等。
