
聂新,男,现任郑州大学计算机与人工智能学院初聘副教授,博士毕业华中科技大学。研究兴趣包括边缘智能、多模态学习、联邦学习等。在TCSS、TCE、ToMM、BDMA、IoTJ、TNNLS、TLT等IEEE/ACM汇刊或中科院一区期刊上发表论文多篇。获得2025 IEEE HITC杰出博士论文奖。
