为了提升领域内科研人员和研究生对于世界贸易组织和全球电子商务发展的知识认知和国际视野，管理工程学院计划在2019年7月8日至7月19日，组织主题为《世贸组织及电子商务》（WTO and E-commerce）的郑州大学国际学术工作坊（International Academic Workshop）2019暑期学术活动，由来自新西兰、印度、瑞士三位联合国UNCTAD组织(United Nations Conference on Trade and Development)的跨境电商和WTO规则领域资深专家进行两周的联合授课，为郑州大学师生提供权威的电子商务与国际贸易规则的集中培训。授课专家分别为来自新西兰奥克兰大学教授Elizabeth Jane Kelsey博士、来自瑞士日内瓦的联合国UNCTAD组织全球化与发展战略部高级经济分析师Rashmi Banga博士、和来自印度新德里的印度外贸研究院WTO研究中心主任Abhijit Das教授。全部课程共30个课时，分10个工作日由三位授课教授共同完成。
