In order to help our graduates understand the employment situation, make good career planning, familiarize with employment policies and promote high-quality employment, we invited Mr. Zhang Yaowen from the Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center to conduct a communication meeting for the 2023 graduates on employment-related issues in the afternoon of March 30, with Mr. Li Guodong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Mr. Gao Yizhe, counselor of 2019 undergraduate students, Mr. Li Hui, counselor of graduate students and all 2023 graduates attending the meeting. The meeting was attended by all graduates of the class of 2023.

During the meeting, the teacher in charge of the Career Centre gave training on the basic knowledge of employment, such as the classification and standard of employment destination statistics, the improvement of students' personal information, the use of the employment website, contracting and termination of contract, and explained the precautions in the contracting process for graduates. Afterwards, Mr. Zhang Yaowen from the Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Centre explained and answered the common employment problems of graduates, and had an in-depth communication with the students on matters such as the signing of three-party agreement, file dispatching, fresh graduates' status and the examination for public service. Finally, Mr. Zhang Yaowen analyzed the current employment situation for the students and urged them to clarify their employment direction, make clear their employment plans, adjust their employment mindset, seize the opportunities and be actively employed.

The success of this employment exchange meeting improved our graduates' understanding of the current employment situation, helped them clarify the employment-related procedures and escorted the smooth employment of our 2023 graduates. (Text: Wang Qingyi/Liu Hao)
