Chang Yanmin is a Ph.D. in Management, Associate Professor, and Master's supervisor. He is a visiting scholar at the University of Miami in the United States, a Henan Province young backbone teacher, a "Teaching Model" in Henan Province, an "Outstanding Supervising Teacher" and judge of the China College Advertising Art Festival. He is also a "Thousand Talents Plan" expert selected for mutual employment between Henan Province universities and news units.

Born in 1978, Chang Yanmin graduated from the Master's program in 2002. From 2002 to 2003, he worked as an editor for Zhengzhou Daily News. From May 2003 to now, he has served as a teaching assistant, lecturer, and associate professor at the School of Journalism and Communication of Zhengzhou University. From 2015 to 2019, he pursued a Ph.D. in Management. From February 2016 to February 2017, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Miami. From September 2017 to August 2018, he worked at Henan Daily as a mutual employment position.

He mainly teaches undergraduate courses such as "Advertising Media Research", "Advertising Management", "Brief History of Advertising Development", "Advertising Regulations and Management", and graduate courses such as "Game Theory and Communication", "Creative Communication". His research direction is advertising and new media public communication.

He has published 31 academic papers, including 17 in core journals, and edited and participated in the compilation of 5 books. He has completed 4 ministerial and provincial-level projects, and has led and participated in more than ten other projects of various types. He has won more than ten rewards at all levels and guided students to win many awards in various competitions.
