Guo Kehong is an associate professor and master's supervisor, born in Kaifeng, Henan Province in 1967. He holds a master's degree in journalism and communication and currently teaches courses on "Chinese Rhetoric", "Legal News" and "Journalistic Regulations and Professional Ethics" at the School of Journalism and Communication at Zhengzhou University.

In terms of research, he has published two monographs, "Communication and Rhetoric" (Popular Literature and Art Publishing House) and "The Rule of Law Spirit Strategy of Legal News" (Guangming Daily Press), and over 30 professional papers. He has led two provincial-level scientific research projects and 11 department-level research topics. He has also participated in three national social science foundation projects and Ministry of Education social science projects. Among them, the paper "Ideals and Challenges: How to Achieve "Green Viewership"" was cited in the ninth issue of "New China Digest" in 2007, and the paper "On the Strategic Thinking of Expanding Agricultural Media Markets" was cited in the 23rd issue of "New China Digest" in 2009.
