Dr. Jin You Zheng
Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Chemistry
Dr. Jin You Zheng received his B.Eng degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology in 2009 from Yanbian University (Yan Ji, China), M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in Chemistry in 2012 and 2018 from Sogang University (Seoul, Korea). He worked as a postdoc and researcher at the Korea Center for Artificial Photosynthesis for 1 year. His research works are related to synthesis of nanostructured metal or metal oxide (semiconductor) electrodes for solar water splitting and artificial photosynthesis by different methods, especially electrochemical deposition method. He has been at Zhengzhou University (Zhengzhou, China) as a lecturer since June 2018. He has published over 17 publications from RSC, Elsevier, ACS, and Wiley Science.

2. Synthesis, crystal facet engineering, assembly, and characterization of semiconductor nanomaterials for energy harvesting and storage applications.
3. Synthesis of the nanostructured metal electrodes by an electrochemical method and studying new applications
