In early April, the 2023 Postgraduate Volleyball League of Zhengzhou University was launched at the volleyball court of the central stadium of the main campus, with 34 teams from 18 faculties competing fiercely. Our college won the championship of the women's division and the excellent organisation award.

Before the tournament, our team members made use of their spare time to train hard and prepare actively for the match. In the competition, the women's volleyball team members worked closely together and played with perseverance and indomitable spirit, and successfully advanced to the final of the school volleyball league.

On 10 April, Li Guodong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, Li Hui, a postgraduate counsellor and 22-year postgraduates were present at the final match to cheer on the women's volleyball team. In the match against the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, our female volleyball team members cooperated with each other tacitly, with strong hands and quick reactions, and each performed their own skills, including steady serving, accurate passing, high kills and strong defence!

In this competition, our volleyball players withstood the multiple tests of physical strength, endurance and perseverance, fully developed the spirit of teamwork and competitive sportsmanship, and showed the vigorous vitality of contemporary postgraduates.（Text：Shi Yihe）
