Wang Chao, born in September 1992, studied at Wuhan University for his master's degree and PhD in film studies in 2021. He has published more than twenty papers in Chinese and English journals, such as Contemporary Cinema, Journal of East China, Journalism Enthusiast, Neuroquantology, Science Repository, etc. He has presided over and participated in several research projects, and is the literary planner and production director of the feature film "Zhu Britain". His current research interests include cultural criticism of film and television, film and television theory and new media art.
