Chen Xiaowei, female, is originally from Xin County, Shandong Province. She graduated from Communication University of China in 2006 with a doctorate degree in Film Studies. He has been selected as one of the "Four Batches" of young talents in propaganda, ideology and culture by the Ministry of Propaganda of the People's Republic of China, one of the "Zhongyuan Thousand Talent Program" in Henan Province, one of the outstanding young social science experts in Henan Province, and one of the "Science and Technology Innovation Talents (Humanities and Social Sciences) in Henan University. He has also been selected as one of the "Thousand Talents Plan" for the support of young teachers in higher education institutions in Henan Province and the "Thousand Talents Plan" for the mutual employment between higher education institutions and journalists.
He is also an expert of the National Social Science Foundation of China, an expert of the Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China, an expert of the Henan Provincial Film Review, an expert of the Henan Provincial Journalism Award, an expert of the Henan Provincial Five-One Project Award, an expert of the Henan Provincial Film Review, and an expert of the Henan Provincial Radio and Television Review, He is an expert of Henan Provincial Radio and Television Review. He is also the director of the Microfilm Committee of the China University Film and Television Association and the director of Henan Film and Television Association.
He is in charge of two art projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China: "Cross-cultural Communication of Chinese Film Image Expression", "Research on Cross-border Integration of Chinese Film in the Internet Era", and "Research on the Cultural Paradox of Chinese Commercial Films since 2000", as well as various other projects. He has published nearly 30 papers in academic journals such as Contemporary Cinema, Modern Communication, Film Art, Chinese Television, etc. He has published three academic monographs, including the books "Integration of Painting into Film: The Meeting and Transformation of National Aesthetic Consciousness" and "Chinese Film Image Expression and Cross-cultural Communication", which won the second prize of Henan Provincial Social Science Excellent Achievements in 2009 and 2019, respectively, and "Chinese Film Image Expression and Cross-cultural The book "Chinese Film Image Expression and Cross-cultural Communication" won the first prize in the 12th "Society Award" category of the Chinese Society of Higher Education Film and Television.
He has also directed and created the image film of Zhengzhou University, the image film of the School of Journalism and Communication of Zhengzhou University, the microfilm "Retirement Day", the music microfilm "Youth Singing the Motherland" and "2020 Memory of the River" and other works. The documentary film "Zheng University's Secretary Pan" won the first prize in the documentary film category (teachers' category) of the 10th Academy Award of China University Film and Television Association 2019-2020.
