Xie Chenjing was born in March 1989, graduated from the School of Journalism at Fudan University in June 2018 and received a Ph.D. in Journalism. In June 2015, she graduated from the School of Journalism at Fudan University with a Master's degree in Communication. She has received the Fudan University Graduate Outstanding Academic Scholarship First Prize several times and was named the Outstanding Graduate of Fudan University in 2018. Her main research interests are media management and media industry.
