Zhan Xuwu is an associate professor, born in July 1964 in Huanggang, Hubei. He holds a Master of Law from the Central Party School, a PhD in Journalism from Wuhan University, and a postdoctoral degree in Journalism and Communication from Fudan University. He is a master's supervisor and teaches courses such as news writing, Marxist journalism theory for undergraduate students, and modern journalism report research and Marxist journalism theory for graduate students. His research focuses on journalism practice and media development. He has published 26 papers in various journals, including 12 in core journals, and has participated in one provincial-level project.
