Zhang Yingpei, born in February 1992 in Luoyang, Henan province, is a Communist Party member with a Ph.D. Degree in Communication from the Communication University of China. He is currently a lecturer at the School of Journalism and Communication, Zhengzhou University. His primary research interests are media convergence and health communication.
