报告人简介：
Peter Shi教授担任国际物流与运输学会院士(Chartered Fellow)， 澳大利亚麦考瑞大学商学硕士供应链管理学科主任 (2026 QS: 138)，博士生导师，澳大利亚新南威尔士州CILT-A主席，交通运输与国际供应链研究中心主任，新加坡国际组织与创新研究中心联合主任，全球TOP 1% 研究人员 (Top 0.08% 物流领域，Top 0.2%供应链领域)，兼任澳大利亚莫纳什大学(2026 QS: 36) Online MBA《运营管理》课程主讲教授，天津市特聘教授，印度尼西亚物流与国际商务大学兼职教授，韩国首尔科学综合大学讲座教授，香港特别行政区大学科研基金评审委员。他主要从事运营管理、物流管理和供应链管理相关方向研究，已发表130多篇学术、行业期刊文章 (含高被引、热点论文3篇)，包括70篇以上ABDC A/A*；ABS: 3/4星级期刊论文，出版学术专著3部，书籍章节3篇 (Sage, Springer出版社发表)，相关研究结果被国内外相关媒体转发报道，2026 Google学术引用超 4930 余次, 2025 H指数: 33, i10指数: 74。他曾获澳大利亚国家级、国家社科和企业研究项目，累计获得科研经费超100万，获得教育部第十届“春晖杯”国家级奖项，澳大利亚专利一项。目前指导三名博士生，其硕士分别毕业于澳大利亚墨尔本大学、清华大学、新加坡南洋理工大学等，已经毕业两名博士（包括中国社科院联合培养博士）。目前担任Computers and Industrial Engineering SCM领域主编(ABDC: A; ABS: 2)，Business Strategy and the Environment 副主编(ABDC: A; ABS: 3)，IJOPM (ABDC: A; ABS: 4; 2023-2025), TRE (ABDC：A*; ABS: 3, 2023-2025), JPSM (ABDC: A; ABS: 3), IJPDLM (ABDC: A; ABS: 2), AJM (ABDC: A; ABS: 2), IJLM (ABDC: A) 常任编委。曾担任J B L (ABDC：A; ABS: 3, 2024), IJPR (ABDC：A; ABS: 3, 2024), IJPDLM (ABDC：A, 2021), IJTM (ABDC：B, 2021), JGM (ABDC：B, 2022), CCSM (ABDC：B, 2022)客座主编。此外，他还是2025/2026年IEOM国际会议联合主席，2023年第20届ANZAM运营、供应链和服务管理会议的联合主席，2020年悉尼ICOSCM国际会议的联合主席，以及2020年和2021年INFORMS年会的分会主席。曾多次受邀在国际、国内大会做主旨报告，包括中国社科院、中国物流采购联合会、中国数字服务大会等。
报告摘要：
The seminar will provide an in-depth exploration of key strategies and implicit standards for publishing in international academic journals, helping researchers better understand the editorial perspectives and hidden preferences of journal editors. First, the seminar will examine how editors apply implicit criteria to prioritise manuscripts during the review process. Second, it will highlight the pathways to producing highly cited papers, with particular emphasis on innovative topic selection and the construction of theoretical contributions, offering practical insights for enhancing academic value and impact. Third, through case-based discussion, the seminar will analyse the multilayered meanings of reviewers’ comments and demonstrate how to formulate effective revision strategies to improve the likelihood of acceptance. Finally, in light of the growing trend of interdisciplinary research, the seminar will provide guidance on identifying suitable publication outlets across disciplines through structured journal-matching strategies. This session will offer valuable references for scholars to master cutting-edge publishing strategies and enhance their competitiveness in international journals.
