Cui Ruyuan, born in April 1986, is from Suiping, Henan Province, with a Ph.D. in Communication from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2017, an M.A. in International Journalism from the University of Leeds, UK in 2009, and a B.A. in Communication from Beijing Normal University in 2008.
