Li Lingling, born in February 1972, is from Ruzhou, Henan Province, doctor of management, associate professor of the School of Journalism and Communication of Zhengzhou University, master's supervisor, 555 academic leaders of the Henan Provincial Education Department, the first batch of the Thousand Talent Program for Excellence in Journalism and Communication of the Ministry of Education, has been engaged in teaching online communication and researching online public opinion for a long time, teaching undergraduate and graduate students Introduction to Communication, Introduction to Online Communication, Public Relations, News Interviewing, News Psychology, Online Communication Research and many other courses, She has been awarded the first prize of Zhengzhou University Teaching Excellence Award, the second prize of Zhengzhou University Young Teacher Lecture Competition, the "Favorite Teacher" of students, the excellent postgraduate tutor, and the "Three Educators" advanced individual of Zhengzhou University. She has also been honored as an "Advanced Individual" of Zhengzhou University. She has trained many government departments, media organizations and large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in network public opinion, news presentation and news business.

She graduated from the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in engineering.

In 2000, She graduated from the School of Culture and Communication of Zhengzhou University with a Master of Arts degree.

In 2018, She graduated from the School of Public Administration of Zhengzhou University with a doctorate degree in management.

She has been teaching at the School of Journalism and Communication, Zhengzhou University since 2000.

Visiting study at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2000.

In 2016, she was funded by the China Scholarship Council to visit and study at American University, USA.

She r research interests are mainly in the field of new media communication and public opinion studies.

Research:

Hosted a provincial social science planning project, "Reconstructing the Public Opinion Field in the Post-Media Era", which was completed.

She is in charge of a key project of the provincial education department, "Research on the influence of electronic media on children's socialization" and a general project, "Research on social risk amplification and control of microblogs" and "Internet users' psychology and public opinion guidance". "Both projects have been completed.

She led two provincial social science association projects, "The Role and Responsibility of the Media in Curbing AIDS Reporting" and "Research on Internet Propaganda and Management", both of which won the first prize for excellent research results.

Hosted a horizontal project "Research on the Professional Status of Radio and Television Workers at County and Municipal Levels in Henan Province", which was completed.

Participated in two projects of the National Social Science Foundation: Mu Qing's Journalism Advocacy and Journalism Practice, and Mass Media and Migrant Workers' Interest Expression, both of which have been completed.

She participated in three provincial social science planning projects: Research on Government Communication in Sudden Crisis Events, Research on the Current Situation and Trends of Online Government, Analysis of the Current Situation and Management Measures of Online Public Opinion in Sudden Events, all of which have been completed.
